Simulating production tasks using the anylogic program

چکیده

The techniques of simulating modelling in the AnyLogic program environment are considered. object study is production task a machine tool with computer numerical control (CNC) pilot batch (PBP), characterized by variety products and small size. To build digital work model, variant parallel chains events chosen, reflecting technological processes manufacturing each part equipment changeover. paper considers tools allowing one to encode existing blocks palette under logic described operation. Based on results, simulation model created described, which makes it possible conduct optimization experiments check quality made managerial decisions. aim optimize shift using model. objective create correct software environment. research methods used. novelty lies creating operating machine, taking into account changeovers. result built operation, allows optimizing according required criteria. findings state that resulting reflects parts, limitations mode changeover processes, increase productivity.
